It Started With Paris: Book Review
The theory of ‘6 degrees of separation’ is gently explored in this romantic noval of interwined characters.
A single marriage proposal made on the Eiffel Tower draws family, friends and work colleagues inexplicably together whilst they each pursue their separate dreams. “It Started In Paris” is an entertaining read which will never be a literary treasure but makes for an enjoyable and easy holiday read. The unfolding tale is not set in Paris or France but rather in Bridgeport, Ireland. I found I was a little disappointed at the very slim connection of Paris to the characters and story line, but I did enjoy the relationships developed between the characters.
So, if you are planning a trip during the next school holidays, this might just be the book to read in front of the fire at your ski lodge or beside the pool on your deckchair. Annette..Xx
